Jen's looking for some pictures of Grandpa Art and I'm not sure if he's in the last one, I'm assuming he is, why else would I have wanted it? So, if you guys can help ID everyone that'd be great! Although I know the cute kids in the second picture. For those who don't it's H, me, Monica and Mike...no wonder we have such cute kids!

Thanks a bunch! I can't wait to see who is who in the other pics. Did dad take the first picture? I bet he did cause he was always cutting people's heads off or cutting people out of pictures. I said he loved to take pictures....I didn't say he necessarily took good ones (LOL).
that sounds like a Mac thing to say...you are definately related...

I recognize some of the pics. The first one is Mom, she is holding Brenda, Paul is next to mom, David is in front of Paul, Joe is the one next to mom with the head cut off, I am in front of Joe with half of me missing also, and betty is in front of me. This picture was definitely taken not long after dad's accident as Brenda was only a month old when Dad had his accident. So it seems that this may have been taken in the spring as the tree in the back still doesn't have much leaves and Brenda would have been about 7 - 8 months old at the time.
The second pic is of the cutest kids in the world. Yes it is Heather, Les, Monica and Mike, That picture was taken on grandmere's swing.
The third picture I know that the man in the centre is Uncle Joe Doiron, mom's brother, and I know that one of the other men is Edgar Doiron, he was moms brother that drowned when he was about 17 years old. He was my godfather, and the other man I don't remember, but I know that mom knows who they are and one if them is not dad. These are pictures that mom and dad had in an album and when dad left he took all the family pictures with him. Then a few years ago, dad made duplicates for Paul and Paul gave us a few pictures that he had.
Hope that helps

I believe the guy on the left is Uncle Edgar who drowned in Buckley's pond when he was only 17. My last memory of him is when he would come to our place to play is records on Mom's old record player. The guy is the middle, I think, is Joe Doiron.
Aunt Irene should be able to identify the cutie on the right.
When I look at the first picture with all the kids so young it makes me think....I can't believe Dad had 7 kids (before me)!! It blows me away every time I think of it. Dad wasn't much of a 'kid' person when I was growing up. When I think of him with all those little ones running around the house I can just picture him leaning on the kitchen table, messing up his hair with his hands like he did when he was tired. Then again, maybe he was completely different when his kids were young than he was with me. It is like he lived two complete lifetimes. It is very odd.....
