And the movie was a hit with the Becks! Joey had to pee halfway thru but other than that everyone remained seated from beginning to end. It was almost magical!
The story line was pretty cute and Jerry Seinfeld did a great job of his character Barry. There wasn't as much adult humour like there was in Shrek 3 - which made it more age appropriate.
Chris Rock has a funny role in the movie as well, I'm not a huge Chris Rock fan but he was good in the Bee Movie.
Honestly I had huge doubts about this flick but I'm sure we'll be buying this movie.

Sounds like we missed a good one! We were just discussing how we've seen more new movies with the grandkids than without!!!!!
I want to see that movie...and Ratatouille comes out toorrow...Im gonna ask Jeff to rent it for us (me...ha ha) this weekend...we saw transformers last week...it was good...although i must admit that i was paying alot of attention wot the machines when they transformed...i just want to see how they did it...never did figure it out! and Jeff is watching, as we speak, liscense to wed with Robin WIlliams as a priest...its funny from what ive heard while getting ready for work...
wish me luck, im off in about 20 mins...
I think that despite all of us really wanting to see this movie, that we will have to wait for it to come out in video. I just can't see our son being able to sit through the movie without asking a million questions ... out loud at that.
