I'm sure you know where I'm talking about seeing as I mentioned it last week.
We're in that vicious cycle:
Had carpet/lino installed
Phoned immediately to complain
Carpet is a minor issue
One stair was cut a hair too short
Lino is an effing disaster
Phone calls weren't returned
We were passed along to several people
And then I phoned the store manager
Someone will be at my home tomorrow to "try" and rectify the situation
Hmmm...how much you wanna bet he'll show up late enough to come at the party start time? Damn you Murphy!
