I knew the picture couldn't be melanie because there was a picture of candice in grade four in the background and melanie is older. candice and i were trying to figure out who it was by how old she was in the picture. PS. Candice loves the pat benatar look in my pic, thanks alot leslie
You know Heather and I still think of as our cool Auntie Brenda that always had great hair and whom John Hearn chased around to try and wash your makeup off so many years ago....you know he tried to do that to me many times when I was a teen...utter humiliation!
Haha that's funny because I thought the pic was Kelsey but wasn't sure until I saw the pictures in the background also!
I love the old pics, keep em coming!
No matter what .. Auntie Brenda will always be that cool Auntie Brenda you still picture in your mind .. even when I visit I still see her that way .. even if she has replaced that record player for a sewing machine and the cool leg warmers for the curves work out gear .. you're still cool to me Auntie Brenda!
Thanks for the great pic Les. Would it be possible to get copies of the pics of dad and I and the one of betty, your dad and I. I haven't seen those in years and would love to have a copy if possible. Where did all of these old pics come from. I need to have a look at someones album.
I'm not sure where Dad got the pictures from but I found all of these in Mom and Dad's boxes of photos. We're talking thousands of pics from over the years. Mom is in the process of organizing them and I know there's more to come still because there's a terrible blackmail picture of me in a floral green leisure suit (yes I said leisure suit) that my auntie Lynn gave me and I haven't seen that one yet. I'll get copies of all the old pics I have and send them out to you.
I don't think anybody's mentioned it, but the white-haired gentleman playing cards is Grandpere (Adelard) Doiron. Playing cards was his favorite passtime. My Dad would play with him when we visited. the MacAuley clan sure has a rich pictoral history.
Anne, I'm not sure if this will work for you, but I just did it and it turned out great, so maybe you will have some luck. What I do is right click on the picture right on the blog, and hit "save picture as..." and give it a name and save it on my computer in a folder, like any other file. Then log onto the WalMart website and order digital prints. You can upload the pics right from your file (same idea as when you upload them for the blog) and order them right on the WalMart site. When they are ready you just pick them up at the store.
Aaaaaaaaaaaah! Don't print off your own pics too soon, I just printed some off and will drop them in the mail to Jen, Auntie Anne and Aunt Paula. Thanks for the tip though Jen!
Thanks Les, I just printed some of my friends little girl in her school play, but haven't got around to any family ones yet. I will wait for yours to come in the mail before I order anything.

Thanks so much for posting the pics. Love em. Dad always did look so good when he cleaned up.
Hey, why couldn't I have got Brenda's jaw line? Must come from the other side of the family.
Thanks Auntie Betty! I knew someone would know who's who!
