Our weekend at the Beck Cottage

What a great weekend! It was pretty relaxing, although we were hoping the fresh air and exercise would help the kids go to bed early..yeah right, it had the opposite effect and they were up until 10 o'clock both nights. When we came home yesterday they both crashed at 7 so that was nice.

Mom and Dad came up Saturday afternoon and stayed for a BBQ and some one-on-one Dingleballs challenges (you'd have to see the game to believe how much fun it could be throwing two golf balls on a string, ha ha). And then we headed to the Red Lodge Guest Ranch for Sunday brunch with Aaron's parents and Jason.

We came back to town hoping to kick back and relax but the yard work was calling our names, so we got most of the front yard work done, now it's just the back which is kind of on hold until the big playcenter/swing set is built. We decided to put pea gravel down on that side of the yard to cushion the falls...hopefully there aren't too many!
