Hope everyone had a good weekend! Ours was off to a great start - Couples Bunco was a hit - aw always. Until we left. Aaron was carrying a folding table and fell/stumbled/fell down the front steps. Yowsers! So, he's now sporting a sprained ankle. Nothing's broke - knock on wood.

Saturday I had the pleasure of taking Thing One and Thing Two to Let's Play with two of their playmates and their moms. It's so nice to finally have kids old enough to run around without having a parent within arms reach. We sat closeby and kept an eye on them - there was no free for all - but it was fab to just be a spectator for once.

Today has just been a stay at home in my jammies and clean clean clean kind of day. A lot of the cleaning was going through all of the junk drawers, cleaning out the fridge. Alex's big task today was to help me sort all of the loose change. That. Took. Forever. But he now knows the names of all the coins and can match them up correctly. Joey's big task was helping me sort the recycling. Yuck. That's my most unfavourite chore. Oh, besides dusting. That seems to be never ending. We are in desperate need of a furnace cleaning! Once we hit the plus side again and I have a break in our oh-so busy schedule I really should git-r-done.
