Can you see the resemblance?

Here I am in the eyes of Joseph, although he still signs his name Joey.  He was just so proud of himself you can't help but smile!

I think that is a very good drawing of his mommy. And I must say that the picture is beautiful. I see some of your moms looks in you, but, you also have some of the MacAulay looks too.

What a nice picture Joseph!! You really captured the essence of Mommy!

So, Les, what do you do with all the drawings and stuff, being the creative, organized Mommy that you are? Do you put them in a box, or in a binder? Just looking for hints so I will know what to do when I have kids. Plus, I am just curious.

I also see your Mom in you, but the MacAulay side as well. Paul just looked at your picture over my shoulder (butinsky) and had to pipe up to give his two cents worth. His lovely comment? "Wow, you guys would look a lot alike if you lost some weight." Not kidding.

I guess that is a subtle hint, or something? I have a mirror. I know I need to lose weight. I have supper in the oven right now and I've got a reponse for him...."No steaks for you!...;).."

But seriously, he didn't mean it as an insult. I've been going on and on and on about my weight lately. But it does prove that, yes, we can see the MacAulay in you to.

So far I have 1 1/2 scrapbooks filled with Joseph's artwork...doesn't take up any room on the bookshelf.
Yeah, I definitely can tell we're related too!

Ok I must be the only MacAulay who didn't keep anything. No first haircut strands, no artwork, just certificates with the seal on them that makes them look important. Oh yeah and I'm also the one who sells every nick-knack given at yard sales. That's how I keep my house organized. Guess I'm not as sentimental as the rest of you.
