I swear we danced to every song that night, Aaron tipped the DJ so we got every request in too. It was awesome - although H and I were the only two dancing to Rasputin, you know, Ra ra rasputin lover of the russian queen.....
Being saucy...

Alex and the little Princess - note the lack of a kilt by this point
I'm giving my toast - see the Bacardi Breezer in hand...I was hoping it'd distract me enough to not cry, nope, didn't work...but Aaron said they could understand me fine. See? I wasn't a blubbering fool, just a teary eyed one.
That's my boy! WOOT WOOT!
Ahhh, aren't they cute together?
Note the hot MOH standing up there, hehe
Here I am crying my eyes out before the ceremony - we'd just arrived and I spotted my kilt wearing boys...ah, so precious!
Kathryn and Jeff with the honour guard
Joseph and Aaron

Aaron and the boys waiting for the ceremony to begin...gah, what angels!
Unka Jeff and Jonathan posing for the camera
The cake which has lots of stories to go with but I'll leave that up to Mom and Dad, it was simply delicious though!
High Five to the cool Auntie!
The signing...that's Feist F-E-I-S-T not F-I-E-S-T...and it's not pronounced "Feast"...poor Kathryn, I don't think anyone ever mis-pronounced Lang?!?

So, here's the deets:
Wedding was awesome, reception was awesome. Everyone stood where they were supposed to and said what they were supposed to. The cake arrived fine, the boys wore their kilts for a couple hours, Aaron was the belle of the ball (besides our little Princess of course) he was the only one in a kilt and the ladies kept trying to see if he was traditional or not. I know at one point one of the aunties had her hand on some flesh. Everything was super fantastic! Can't wait for the next big wedding to come but I'll leave those deets to someone else to chat about...and my dress was hot hot hot although the skirt was too big but I'm not complaining, after all swim suit season is just around the corner!

It was fun what we seen of it...perhaps you can give me a Re*der's Digest version of the speeches/toasts! Nannie & Papa enjoyed their evening with the boys post dinner.
You look great .. I think Aaron was stealing a bit of your show though .. so was it traditional or not?
Wow, it looked like a fabulous wedding! Wish I was there! What a beautiful bride and groom! Thanks for sharing the pix!!!! :)
Yeppers, Aaron was traditional. Woohoo! I did buy him a thong but he just carried it around in his sporn thingy (you know, the purse)...many ladies were trying to sneak a peek all night. LOL!
OMG! Could you imagine if the guys wore kilts to H's wedding?
Hil-ar-i-ous!
Im trying to convince Jeff, but its a no-go...so far...I know that he would be "modern"...I think the best I'll get is Mac tartan vests...I think I'll take what I can get...
maybe......
I'm sure Aaron would love to wear a kilt for another occasion and the boys will be another year older so maybe they'll keep them on this time. If they did it for Auntie Kathryn I know they'll do it for you!
If i can get the weight down a bit i will be wearing a Kilt,,,And you know it will be traditional...
The Big guy
Looks like you guys enjoyed yourselves! What a cute cake...you don't see wedding cakes like that too often.
